So this was day two of trying to look at the xc70

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Day 1

I rolled up to the location listed in the add and the Volvo is not there it is at their new location in the next town. Fine. Dude guy takes me inside we make an appointment to meet the next day @ 1pm @ the other location. I stress to the guy that I’m on my lunch break and this needs to be fast. Dude guy assures me he will call me in the morning and have someone there to meet me. He ever wrote me out an appointment card.

It looks like a paper bomb went off in the office and one of the workers is hanging out with her two friends and their puppies. They are bitching about classes. This is not really instilling me with confidence.

Day 2

No call. I don’t sweat it I wasn’t particularly interested in talking to him anyways. So I show up at the new location at the time he wrote on my card. No one is there so I take the time to look under and around the car. Looks good to me some bits are rusty underneath but 11 years in Maine will do that to the best of us. I’m kind figuring that I might be left out to dry over here but someone could be here in the building so I call the main # and talk to the girl who was hanging around with her friends and their puppies and say that I had an appointment for someone to let me into the XC70. She tells me someone will be there in 20-30 minutes. I tell her thanks but no thanks and they can go ahead and lose my number.

TLDR; I am not buying the XC70 and it is no fault of the car’s.

It isn’t brown or a diesel so it doesn’t count unfortunately. Looks like a decent car depending on what they want for it. I’ve had trouble finding these with less than 100k here in Colorado
